In this audacious production, awarded the Rideau Prize, seven performers explore themes of loss, community and mourning. Efer, which means "ashes" in Hebrew, expresses this experience through striking dance, light, and sound design. The symbolism of this ritual evokes isolation, but also emphasizes that in loss, we discover hope and transformation.
