Artistic Direction: Émilie Pompa
The sound of Montreal band BELLFLOWER is one that is rare, rich and powerful. The music is driven by the ingenuity of eight exceptional musicians assembled around singer-songwriter Em Pompa, whose powerful voice transports us with poetic lyrics and organic vocals. While neither quite orchestral pop nor alternative folk, the ensemble’s music unfolds somewhere between the hybrid and aerial jazz of Cinematic Orchestra and the seductive complexity of Sufjan Stevens’ neo-pop. The band performed its last show The Season Spell on prestigious stages across the country to deliver an unforgettable and vibrant musical experience each and every time. Artists & production team: Émilie Pompa, William Côté, Jérôme Beaulieu, Kathryn Samman, Jérémi Roy, Nicolas Boulay, Félix Petit, Alexandre Dodier, Frédéric Auger
