Artistic Direction: Alexis Garcia, Charles Culot
In 2011, Charles Culot, actor and son of a farmer, createda show on the catastrophic situation of the agricultural world based on interviews conducted in Belgium and France : “Feeding the world, it’s a work". But today, nearly 400 performances later, agriculture no longer has the same face. The dominant model still exists but at the same time many people have returned to the land and are inventing new production models. Carrying the voice of those who feed us, “Feeding the world – act II” reminds us that behind this seemingly banal act - eating – lie the stories of men and women who carry an infinite love for the living and for life. A meeting with the artistic team and Jean-Philippe Vermette and Elyse Cardinal, agricultural expert, will follow the performance. A meeting with the artistic team and an agricultural expert will follow the performance.
